NeedHelp, OctoPlatform and OctoRenov play distinct roles within the group. Together, they connect the sale of standardised services with the orchestration and delivery of complex projects.
The marketplace that enables retailers to sell standardised services and installation at fixed prices.
NeedHelp is the group’s historic transactional foundation. The marketplace operates in six countries and enables retailers to integrate installation services into their sales journey.
Its role is to make standardised, fixed-price services available for sale. Complex project orchestration is the role of OctoPlatform.
Vertical SaaS that plans and orchestrates complex installation projects, from the initial site survey through handover and the resolution of outstanding work.
Available under licence, OctoPlatform is the group’s software engine and principal growth vector. It enables retailers and their networks of tradespeople to coordinate a project’s stages, decisions and incidents.
From late 2026, OctoPlatform will integrate autonomous agents to automate certain operational decisions: reassigning installers, managing on-site incidents or preparing project handovers.

The group’s delivery capability, particularly for kitchen installations. An operational laboratory that informs the development of OctoPlatform.
OctoRenov directly delivers installation projects, particularly kitchens, covered by the French garantie de parfait achèvement. Its field experience helps test industry workflows and informs the development of OctoPlatform.
OctoRenov’s installation teams can complement the software. OctoRenov remains a delivery activity, distinct from the OctoPlatform SaaS.
